Key Dates

  • FLIP's 2025 Program will end on 14/12/2025
  • All 2026 enrolments will be viewable on November 17, 2025
  • All actively enrolled FLIP Gymnasts will be automatically enrolled into their recommended level on November 17, 2025. 
  • If you would like to adjust your allocated class time, submit a transfer request to your preferred class time before 31/12/2025. Tuition for January 2026 enrolment will be automatically deducted on 1/1/2026.  
  • 2026 Classes will return on Monday 12/1/2026 ​

​​To ensure all currently enrolled gymnasts have a spot at FLIP in 2026, all actively enrolled gymnasts will automatically be enrolled into their recommended class. Where possible gymnasts will be enrolled into a class on the same day as their current class, however, times are likely to change.
Families will be able to view their 2026 Class details from the 17th of November 2025.
To view your allocated 2026 classes, login to your club account on the customer portal / APP.
  • Select “account”,
  • “the student”,
  • “enrollments”
  • it will be listed here as - 2026 "Class Name".
2026 classes will begin on Monday the 12th of January 2026 and January tuition will be processed on the 1st of January 2026.
Participants will be allocated to the class that was recommended by their coach and where possible on the same day as their current class.
If the day / time allocated to you does not suit you, you will be able to request a different day/time via the customer portal.
If you will not be returning in 2026, you will be able to drop the enrollment via the customer portal. 
All changes must be submitted via the customer portal prior to 31/12/2025 to avoid payment being taken for classes you do not wish to attend. Tuition will be taken on 1/1/2026.

2026 TUITION

Starting in 2026, FLIP Gymnastics will move from a fixed monthly tuition model to a per-class billing system. This means:
  • Families will be charged at the start of each month based on the number of classes scheduled that month.
  • The rate per class will remain the same, but the total monthly fee may vary depending on how many classes fall within that month.
This change ensures fair and transparent billing that reflects the actual number of classes your gymnast attends.

New Members

2026 Enrolments for new members will open on 17/11/2025,
All trials must be booked in the next available class, the first week of 2026 classes will begin on 12/1/2026

If you wish to book a trial class in 2025, for a 2026 enrolment please leave a comment when submitting a trial request.
If you enjoy your trial class simply pay the registration fee to secure your 2026 spot.  January Tuition will be processed on 1/1/26
