Absences and Make-Up's
In order to reschedule a missed class members will need to notify Flip Gymnastics of the absence before the scheduled start of the missed class.  Members will then receive a make up token that can be used to reschedule the missed class. Members will have 1 month to reschedule the missed class
This is all done on the customer portal or on the customer APP.

CAN I GET A MAKE UP TOKEN FOR ANY ABSENCE? 
Yes.  A class missed for any reason is eligible for a make up token provided Flip is notified of the absence a before your class scheduled start time on the customer portal or using the customer APP.
When can i use my make up tokens?
​​You must be actively enrolled in classes to utilise make up tokens that were issued when our facilities were open and classes were running.

​If you are no longer actively enrolled you will not be able to use any make up tokens that were issued when our facilities were open and classes were running.

You will have 1 month from the date of the missed class to reschedule your class using your make up token.

CAN I USE MY MAKE UP TOKEN AT ANY VENUE?
No, make up tokens are specific to the venue where the class was missed. ​
CAN I USE MY MAKE UP TOKEN IN ANY PROGRAM OR CLASS?
Make up tokens can only be used for the equivalent class / program to the class that was missed OR for our dedicated make up classes that have been added to the timetable to allow members greater access to use their make up tokens. ​
When do makeup token expire?
Make-up tokens expire 1 month from the date they are issued. 
wHAT IF I AM GOING TO BE AWAY FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?
With the introduction of year round classes Flip has introduced a new policy for extended absences. 

This allows more flexibility for families and ensures they can maintain their place in a class without paying tuition if they are going to be absent for an extended period of time.

Do classes run year round?
Yes. 
At Flip Gymnastics our classes run year-round and do not stop during the school holidays.  However, all our venues will close for approximately 2 - 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period and as such classes will not run at this time
