Flip's Adult Gymnastics program caters for anyone over the age of 17 years who wants to give gymnastics a go. It doesn't matter if you are stepping into the gym for the first time or if you're ready to make a come-back, our coaches will work with you to develop a program that aligns with your goals.

Adults have the opportunity to perform or compete in GymSkills Open competitions.
