Private & Small Group Lessons


Our Private 1‑on‑1 Lessons and small group lessons are fully tailored to suit your individual or group needs, goals, and experience level. Working closely with an experienced coach, each session is designed to support meaningful progress in a focused, supportive environment.

​Perfect for all ages and abilities, private lessons provide personalised coaching, flexible outcomes, and a program designed just for you.

​Private one on one Competition Readiness Programs are also oferred in the lead up to competition seasons - find out more

​These sessions are ideal for:

  • Movement programs to build fitness, strength, coordination, balance, and mobility
  • Beginners new to gymnastics, learning fundamentals safely and confidently
  • Athletes working toward a specific gymnastics goal, skill, or milestone
  • Extra support or confidence building outside of regular classes
  • Technique refinement and drills to support long‑term athlete development
  • Sport‑Specific Performance Programs - Our Sport‑Specific Programs are designed to enhance athletic performance for sports such as cricket, football, tennis, netball, basketball, and more. These targeted sessions focus on developing the physical qualities athletes need to perform better and reduce injury risk.
  • ​Our Injury Prevention & Injury Recovery Sessions are designed to help athletes move safely, build resilience, and return to activity with confidence. Led by knowledgeable coaches with a strong foundation in movement and technique, these sessions focus on reducing injury risk and supporting safe recovery.

Led by experienced coaches who are also accredited judges. Each personalised session focuses on refining routines, reducing common deductions, and maximising scoring potential under current judging criteria.
